Surely the app and website pull from the same data source? Would seem like a strange architectural decision to have separate sources of truth around booking information where one of them can be completely incorrect to the point where a customer thinks they’ve missed a flight.

Another interesting thought. I’ve always used the @Fly_Norwegian app to manage all my booking. I now know the app can have completely inaccurate information and can no longer trust it. So will always have to check both the app and website for my travel plans.
