    @Amy_Hupe I like to check in with the candidate before we start, see if they need a bathroom break or get a drink, etc, especially if they’re doing many sessions in a day.

      @Amy_Hupe I then try to make the session as much of a normal conversation as I can. Avoiding back and forth question/answer as much as possible. Also offering my own little anecdotes or thoughts based on their responses. Really helps get into the conversation flow and relax the candidate
